WIWIK SOETIRTA, Retail Advisor.

• Received and Engineer Degree from Agricultural Faculty majoring in Agronomy, Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga in 1987 and holds a MBA degree from IPMI (Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia) in conjunction with Harvard Business School in 1989. 
• Started her first career at PT Trims Mustika Citra, a wholesale company and franchisor of TRI*M (a convenience store), owned by Mantrust Group in 1989 as the Head of Franchise Department. 
• She was assistant General Manager in the company before joining PT. Alfa Retailindo, a trading and retail company owned by Sampoerna Group in 1992 as a Project Coordinator. In 1993, she joined PT. Mitratrada Budiselaras, known as TOYS CITY, as Area Manager.
• After focusing her career in retail operation for five years, the she moved to fill the challenging position in Hero Group of Companies as HRD Division Manager. 
• She continued her career in retail consultancy and services by working for IGA (International Grocers Alliance), the world’s largest voluntary retail food network based in Chicago, founded in 1926 with operations in 40 countries.
• Her last position at IGA was Senior Country Manager. She has been a consultant and executive trainer for several retail food stores such as Hero, Alfa, Matahari, Makro, The Clubstore, Lion Superindo, Tops, Carrefour, etc. She also trained more than 900 SPG’s from various suppliers/wholesalers such as Indofood, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Kraft, Suba Indah, SC Johnson & Son, Triangsa Sakti, Gilette Indonesia, Indomilk, Knorr Indonesia, Warner Lambert, Helios-Arnotts Indonesia, Kiwi Distribution Co, Frisian Flag, etc.
