Evidence demonstrates that teams are able to produce decisions superior to individual decisions. Teams are not only produce better results than average individual, but most of the time; teams also produce better results than their best individual. The aim of this course is to understand and to learn the basic psychology of team building, to identify the role of the team leader in the workplace and to understand the interpersonal skills needed to develop and work within a team.
