- Public courses will be conducted and organized by SMARTINDO throughout the year on a regular basis.
- Public courses are useful as a means to meet and to share experiences with other retailers’ personnel.
- The opportunities to exchange information with others; can enrich people’s knowledge and vision.
- Participants for public courses will be grouped from similar level or position to ensure the discussion will reach the same goals as targeted.
- A maximum of 20 participants is allowed to ensure course effectiveness.
