OVERVIEW
Each of the course aims to accommodate any level of an organization to function properly and professionally according to their job description, role-play, case study, self-assessment, experience that relate to session in order to give a clear and real perspective of retailing.


DESIGN OF THE COURSE
Courses are designed to every targeted level in an organization, from Front-Line staff to Top Management.


COURSE DURATION
One-Day course to Three-Days course


COURSE METHODOLOGY
The concept of the course is to add in ‘personal touch’ while transferring the knowledge and skills. Courses are delivered in a friendly, open and proactive environment. A highly interactive and varied learning process is applied to ensure knowledge and skills acquisition. Instructional activities include experiential and discovery-based learning, small dan large group activities and discussion, assessments, role-plays and skill practice.


MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION
Indonesia language will be used throughout the course.


CLASS SIZE
10-20 participants


CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to each participants with at least 75% attendance of the course


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY-PUBLIC COURSE

There is strictly no refund. If a participant is unable to attend the course, we will accept the substitute participant to take the place. However, the organizer has to be informed at least 3 days before the course.
